Really spotlessly clean, very light and bigger than the pictures show. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Everything was thought through (including somewhere to hang a dirty wet suit) and we enjoyed it immensely.

We absolutely LOVED our stay - the house is beautiful- it has everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach. It is stunningly appointed, very comfortable beds, super powerful showers, light and airy, a walk to the sea and a brilliant wet room downstairs for cleaning wet suits and showering. Ros made us feel incredibly welcome. We will definitely be back!! Thank you again Ros - absolutely nothing you could do to improve our experience! We loved Sandspur.

We had such a fabulous week not only with the weather but your house was absolutely perfect. I have stayed in many
properties in Polzeath over the many years that I have been going and none of them have been as lovely and well

Sandspur is my happy place! We all love it and have just booked for the third year. Within moments of walking in you feel on holiday. It’s so bright and well designed; everything has a place and they’ve thought of everything to make your stay feel luxurious and perfect. ( eg the shower for after the beach and a place to hang wetsuits!) If there was a Nespresso machine that would be amazing but then you’d never get me out! Thanks so much. See you next year! We loved walking from Polzeath to Rock. Then having a coffee there and walking back. It’s about 2 hours but the views are incredible. Also walk the other way towards Port Quin. Surfing on Polzeath Beach, sundowners overlooking amazing sunsets. Golf at The Point and St Enodoc. Paddle boarding at Camel Ski School. A wander in Port Isaac and a coffee piece of cake/ crab sandwich at Fresh from the Sea. Heaven!

Sandspur is a beautifully light, bright and spacious house. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you will need when dining at home. Location is perfect for a short walk to Polzeath beach. We visited in October so did not get the chance to make full use of the garden and decking areas which I am sure is gorgeous in the sunshine. Highly recommend Sandspur. Thank you so much for all your help with our booking. We had a thoroughly good 3 days. The house was stunning and the kitchen had literally everything anyone would ever need. Christian was exceedingly helpful during our stay. Many thanks Kat and family. The house is perfectly positioned in New Polzeath. Far enough away to be secluded, but close enough to enjoy all the action that this wonderful beach has to offer. The house is a great size, well equipped and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore this amazing area of Cornwall. We had a wonderful week. Many thanks for your help before we arrived, and for your notes on what to do, and what is available locally. All very helpful. By Car - New Polzeath is approximately 4 hours from London by car.

By Train - the closest railway station is Bodmin Parkway , which is approximately 30 minutes drive away.

By Air - There are daily flights to Newquay Airport http://www.newquaycornwallairport.com/ - which is 25 minutes drive away.

By Coach - National Express buses run from Gatwick and Heathrow to Wadebridge (5 miles away).
